Dezember \u00fcber die 100 x 100m ins Becken. 12 Aktive der beiden Leistungsgruppen und 11 ehemalige Wettkampfschwimmer:innen im Alter von 10 bis 40 Jahren stellten sich der Herausforderung. In unterschiedlichen Startabst\u00e4nden und Schwimmlagen, gest\u00e4rkt durch kleine, einmin\u00fctige Essenspausen nach jeweils 10 Hundertern, angefeuert von Eltern und Trainern und gepuscht durch fetzige Musik meisterten letztendlich alle die 10km.<br \/>\nAls besondere Belohnung gab es f\u00fcr alle eine \u201eFinisher-T-Shirt\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Eine Woche sp\u00e4ter trafen sich 30 Erwachsene aus den Gruppen Masters, Triathlon, Exkeuler und Youngsters zur 2. Ausgabe des \u201eSchwimm-Marathons\u201c. Im Vorjahr schwamm man noch 2 Stunden mit kurzen Unterbrechungen, heuer steigerten sie sich auf 2,5 Stunden. 6 unterschiedliche Schwimm-Programme \u00fcber 20 bzw. 25 Minuten wurden nur durch kurze Pausen von 3 Minuten unterbrochen. So konnten, je nach Gruppe, zwischen 5 und 8 km absolviert werden. Beim anschlie\u00dfenden Essen im benachbarten Restaurant wurde der Energiespeicher wieder aufgef\u00fcllt und der Plan, im kommenden Jahr 3 Stunden zu schwimmen, beschlossen.<\/p>\n<\/div><style
